I help individuals just like you who are trying to become pregnant increase your knowledge about your body, understand your menstrual cycles, optimise your fertility potential to achieve pregnancy naturally or during fertility treatment and provide independent personalised support and education so you can be in control of your fertility journey.
I'm that friend you can talk to about anything, will share too much information but also be that person to hold your hand or lean on in times of need.

When you develop a healthy relationship with your menstrual cycle, you can be aware of and monitor your overall health and wellbeing. You can also know when to seek help and advocate for yourself.
